Ava went to her first year of summer camp. It was just the month of June, but she liked it. I was so glad she wanted to go. I knew she would enjoy it, and it would give her something to do. The theme of camp was Around the World. Each week they studied a different country. They would do cuisine, art, music, etc. each week that was based on that country. She came home with some really cool things she made. For example a morocco made out of a spoons, and eggs filled with rice/beans., party mask, a bug catcher, and a bird house. Each Thursday they did field trips, so she also got to visit some local places she had never been.

Fort Walton 2015
We did a short beach trip to Fort Walton in May. The drive down was good. We had pretty good weather, other than some crazy winds a couple days. That might be one reason there are no pictures of me on the beach. CRAZY hair! I have never seen it so windy they don't put up beach umbrellas. We ate some good seafood, soaked up some sun, and had some fun. Liam enjoyed it a little more than last year...although he would rather have been in the room playing. Which he did most of the time. Ava enjoyed the pool the most. She isn't a big fan of the ocean yet. Of course they both love playing in the sand, for a little while. I think we wore Liam out. He ended up taking many naps!!
Mothers Day 2015
I am so blessed to be a mother to 2 wonderful kids. I am truly thankful for that!!!! My dear husband made me breakfast......YUM. Ava made me a painting at school. I love it!!! If you can't tell the pictures are made using her finger prints and hands!!
I didn't get a picture of my sweet mom, but I made sure to spend time with her.

My Little Flower Girl
My gorgeous little girl was in her first wedding. She was the flower girl. I must say she was so pretty!!!! She did awesome. She is pretty shy in front of a crowd, but she did an awesome job.
Ava is 6
We celebrated Ava's 6th Birthday in March. She went to build a bear, and picked her favorite place to eat....Logans :) Of course her bear was Elsa. She also requested a cookie cake. We love this sweet, energetic, crazy kid. It is so hard to believe my first born is 6.
Rewind.....
We got the biggest snow I have seen in a while back in February. I think we got around 8 inches....give or take some. The kids were out of school and I was out a day of work :) So we played!!!!!!
